A Financial and Wealth Management firm needed a seamless and direct integration between their Salesforce instance and Quickbooks Online.

The Financial and Wealth Management firm had a manual and error-prone process for exporting Invoice and Journal Entry data from Salesforce, transforming it, and then importing that data into Quickbooks Online. In a matter of weeks, CloudQnect understood the data that needed to be pushed, how it needed to be pushed, and when. Developers created a direct integration in Apex that called out to the Quickbooks Online REST API. This solution reduced the level of effort to move data from Salesforce to Quickbooks Online to just a few clicks. It reduced the numbers of Invoicing errors to near zero.
